C4EO theme: disability

Disability is the second theme that C4EO will be working on as part of its three-year work programme. It will run from September 2008 until July 2010.

In June and July 2009, the first progress map will be published and regional knowledge workshops will be held. The theme lead is Celia Atherton, Director at Research in Practice.

As part of the theme, three key priorities are being addressed:

C4EO is conducting a distinct piece of research over three years into disability, which will be separate from the disability theme. The research will be carried out by the Social Policy Research Unit at the University of York (SPRU) and is being led by Celia Atherton from Research in Practice. For more information see the disability research section.

For more information about this theme contact Celia Atherton or read our Priority work themes document (43kb PDF file).
