Families deserve to know their services are tried and tested, yet a lack of cost and outcome data is hindering efforts to prove the value of interventions. Services must take ownership over data and engage with the evidence around ‘what works’ if they are to deliver excellence. This over-arching message applies across all themes; and is most explicit in the Youth and Early Intervention themes.
