Sector specialists
C4EO recognises that the sector is well-placed to drive its own improvement.
Our Sector Specialists are experts with real experience in the challenges
the sector faces. Each specialist is accredited and trained by C4EO before being
deployed regionally and nationally to provide support to local authorities and other
agencies on request. We are creating a team of expert peers to support improvement
across each C4EO priority theme using the evidence, research and effective practice
of 'what works' we have collated.
The Association of Directors of Children's Services (ADCS) regional groupings of
Directors of Children's Services have ownership of this model of sector-led improvement
and are critical in identifying and endorsing the sector specialists.
