Change models - Introduction
The Centre for Excellence and Outcomes in Children and Young People's Services
(C4EO) aims to improve outcomes for children and young people by supporting and
sharing what works.
In order to support leaders within children's services, education and health, we have developed this
online resource to provide information on change models and tools for use by
senior managers in children's services, education and health, including local authority children and
family services. The models provide a framework for planning and introducing
service changes to improve outcomes.
The models and tools listed have relevance to public sector change and
children's services in particular. We have also asked C4EO Sector Specialists
about their experience of using the models in practice and have incorporated
their views.
